Exactly halfway through the Premier League season, Liverpool is in first place with 51 points, Tottenham is second with 45, and Manchester City is third with 44, and it’s time to evaluate what each of these squads might expect from the second half of a season in which each of them could have a legitimate shot at winning the title.
