The Pittsburgh Steelers have released their inactives for their Week 4 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. With four players already ruled out due to injury, there were two players elevated from the practice squad on Saturday in order to help cover the loss. With seven players needed to fill out the list just like last week, there are three healthy scratches. The Steelers full inactive list comes courtesy of Steelers.com.

Just like last week, the Steelers don’t have any players carrying an injury status who were in doubt for Sunday’s game. With Chase Claypool being downgraded to out on Saturday, the Steelers have four players who will miss this game due to injury. With both Chukwuma Okorafor and Rashaad Coward out of the lineup on the offensive line, the Steelers elevated tackle Chaz Green from the practice squad. The Steelers needed an eighth offensive lineman in order to keep 48 players active for the game, offensive tackle was the position of choice as only Dan Moore Jr. and Joe Haeg were available until Green was elevated.
The other two players missing the game due to injury are defensive tackle Carlos Davis and previously mentioned Chase Claypool. Davis missed the last two games with a knee injury while Claypool popped up on the injury list on Thursday with a hamstring. In order for the Steelers to have five wide receivers for Sunday, Cody White was elevated from the practice squad for the second-straight week.
As for the players who were healthy scratches, Dewayne Haskins is inactive for the fourth-straight week. For the other two spots on the inactive list, the Steelers have cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon inactive for the second-straight game and three of the four games this season. After getting a helmet in Week 2 due to the injury to Joe Haden, Witherspoon is back on the inactive list again. After dressing five inside linebackers each of the first two weeks of the season as Robert Spillane and Devin Bush each missed a week due to injury, Buddy Johnson got a helmet last week for the third-straight game. This week, Johnson finishes off the inactives list as he will be on the sidelines.
As for the Packers inactives, they can be seen below. The list is only reported as having four players because the Packers placed Marques Valdes-Scantling on the Reserve/Injured List Saturday and have not replaced him on the roster at this time.
