The college basketball season - all four months and change of it - comes down to this. We're down to a Final Four and Houston and Baylor will tip us off in style Saturday on CBS.

The No. 1 seed Bears are making their first Final Four appearance since the tournament expanded and for the first time since 1950. The No. 2 seed Cougars are making their first appearance since the Phi Slama Jama era more than three decades ago.

Baylor is the slight favorite here after an historic season that'll go down as the best in program history regardless of finish. It enters the game 26-2 having posted double-digit wins in each of its tournament games. Of its 26 wins this season, 21 have come by a margin greater than double digits.

However, Houston is no Cinderella. Now 28-3, the Cougs have lost just twice in the calendar year 2021. And since taking a loss to AAC regular-season champion Wichita State on Feb. 18, they are riding an 11-game win streak into Saturday.
