'73?!' -- NBA stars chimed in after the Memphis Grizzlies notched biggest blowout win in NBA history - ESPN

The Oklahoma City Thunder have made NBA history yet again -- but it isn't something they should be bragging about.

In May 2020, the Thunder lost a home game by 57 points to the Indiana Pacers, the largest home loss in NBA history.

On Thursday, the Thunder lost 152-79 on the road to the Memphis Grizzlies. This means, according to ESPN Stats & Information research, that the Thunder now have the largest road loss (73 points) and the largest home loss in NBA history.

The 73-point margin of victory is a new NBA record, eclipsing a 68-point win the Cleveland Cavaliers had over the Miami Heat in 1991.

The Grizzlies were able to drop 152 points with a roster that has zero combined All-Star appearances -- and with star point guard Ja Morant out due to injury.

The reactions from the sports world rolled in, with Morant being one of the first to chime in about his own team.
