Former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning returned to ESPN’s alternate broadcast of “Monday Night Football” with his brother, Hall of Famer Peyton Manning.
During the Dallas Cowboys’ 41-21 beatdown of the Philadelphia Eagles, Eli Manning reminisced about his days playing against Philadelphia. And in doing so, he flipped off America. Seriously.
“You’re getting the double bird right in your face from a nine-year-old kid. I would give the bird, I don’t know, can we do that? Can you ... I’m sure you can blur that out, right? Getting the double bird by a nine-year-old and they’re saying things about my mom and Peyton and I can’t tell you what they said about mom. You do not want to know.”
According to The Big Lead, Eli Manning apologized coming back from the next commercial break. Per Awful Announcing:
“Alright, alright, sorry. Earlier I did the double bird; I guess that’s frowned upon. So I apologize if I offended anybody. That’s what a nine-year-old did to me, so I thought I could do it back.”

Monday night with the Manning brothers quickly has become must-see TV.
In Week 1, Peyton teased Eli about setting off a fire alarm.
In Week 2, Eli gave it back to Peyton, trashing him for guessing wrong on a play call. And of course, there were the rumors Peyton floated about cheating by the New England Patriots back in the day.
