At the end of the second quarter of the Golden State Warriors' 130-125 victory over the Sacramento Kings, Klay Thompson gave arguably the greatest halftime interview of all time.

As he was walking off the court, Thompson was asked by NBC Sports Bay Area's Kerith Burke what he noticed about the team's energy and ball movement on the offensive side of the ball.

"It's great on both si-, uh, both, uh, it's great both, both of them are great," Thompson said. "And we're uh, getting out push the pace, that's what our best."

Both Burke and Thompson laughed at his incoherent response, as did other members of the broadcast team.

Thompson scored 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the Warriors' come-from-behind victory in Sacramento.

With 38.5 seconds left in regulation, Thompson hit a three pointer that put the Warriors ahead 126-125.

"Just wide open on the right wing and knew one was going to fall eventually," Thompson said. "So never lose confidence, just keep shooting, and that's what happened."

The Warriors next play against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night at Oracle Arena.
