Tiger Tracker: Looking for his first win in five years, follow Woods' Tour Championship final round

Tiger Woods has one last chance to notch a win in his most-recent comeback.

Tiger is back on the course this weekend at Atlanta's East Lake Golf Club for the Tour Championship, the final PGA Tour event of the year and the finale of the FedExCup Playoffs.

Woods started off on fire Saturday, making birdie in six of his first seven holes. He settled in from there and worked his way to a third-round 65, which earned him a three-shot lead over Justin Rose and Rory McIlroy heading into Sunday.

Woods teed off with McIlroy at 2:05 p.m. ET. Follow his final round shot-by-shot:

Hole 13 - Par 4

Hole 12 - Par 4

Tiger goes back to the 3-wood after his shank on No. 10 and this one is perfect in the fairway. Tiger went all-in with his approach to the front-left pin and boy was this a beauty. With 8 feet to go, Tiger played a slow putt that just comes up short. Another par. Even thru 12 (12-under for the tournament). Four shot lead over Billy Horschel.

In other news: Patton Kizzire went from looking like an average golfer at a local course to reminding us all why he's a pro with these back-to-back shots.

Hole 11 - Par 3

Tiger finds the green, a little above pin-high to the left of the cup. From 18-feet he misses a little long but makes the comebacker to save another par. That Scotty Cameron flat stick is on point today. Even thru 11 (12-under for the tournament). Five shot lead over Rose and Billy Horschel.

Hole 10 - Par 4

Yikes. His worst swing of the day results in a flared 3-wood to the right in the gallery. Tiger's forced to punch out into the fairway from there, except his ball finds the first cut rough. His approach is about 25 feet above the hole and his par putt will have considerable break. No dice. This one misses right and Tiger makes his first bogey of the day on No. 10. Even thru 10 (12-under for the tournament). Five shot lead over Rose and Billy Horschel (who's 2-under thru 13 holes).

Thoughts at the turn

Tiger's just kind of moseying his way around the course today. After his birdie on No. 1 it seemed like we'd see a dialed-in, going for the throat approach from Tiger. Instead, we've seen great tee shots and safe approaches to the green. He's got a cushion and he's keeping it that way with consistent pars and minimal mistakes. Barring a colossal collapse or a herculean effort from Rose or McIlroy, this will be win No. 80 for Tiger.

Hole 9 - Par 3

Tiger paints the center of the green here on No. 9. This putt had a big break and Tiger lags it nice and close to close out his front-nine with a 1-under 34 (13-under for the tournament). Five-shot lead over Rose.

Hole 8 - Par 4

Tiger plays a massive cut and this one goes too far right and finds a bunker. His approach is safe in the middle of the green from there. Not bad at all. His effort there from 50-feet is as good as you can do without holing out, lagging up inside a few feet to set up another par. 1-under thru 8 (13-under for the tournament). Four-shot lead over Rose.

Hole 7 - Par 4

Absolutely surgical off the tee this weekend, Tiger piped his 3-wood down the fairway on No. 7. Tiger went for this one and is a little long, but still on the green and inside 20 feet. Nothing to see here, two-putt par. 1-under thru 7 (13-under for the tournament). Five-shot lead over Rose.

Hole 6 - Par 5

Driver on the par 5 is crushed down the right side of the fairway and he'll be able to get to this one in two shots to set up a potential eagle. A 4-iron from 217 yards out is just a little too hard, landing on the green and skipping past the hole into the rough just off the dance floor. It's really thick, so depending on how buried the ball is, this could be a difficult chip. Tiger tried to get a little too cute with this one and doesn't hit it nearly hard enough. The ball barely got out of the rough and went a few feet onto the fringe. He'll have a putt from there for birdie, and should be able to get out with a par at the worst.

And then he does that. He left the birdie putt way too short, but he converts the four-footer for par. Disappointing after a great drive. 1-under thru 6 (13-under for the tournament). Five-shot lead over Rose and McIlroy.

Hole 5 - Par 4

BOOM! Tiger smokes this one 325 yards down the fairway. His consistency off the tee this week has been unreal. His approach finds the green, pin-high to the right. Tiger's 20-footer gets about as close as you can without falling, and he converts another two-putt par. 1-under thru 5 (13-under for the tournament). Five-shot lead over Rose.

Hole 4 - Par 4

Tiger tries to play a cut here but this one had a bit too much movement and finds the right rough. You could barely see his ball in the rough, and the bad lie forces Tiger's second shot into a bunker right of the green. Good-not-great out of the sand gets Tiger to about 10 feet. That's a great par save to stay 1-under thru 4 (13-under for the tournament). Four-shot lead over Rose.

Hole 3 - Par 4

Tiger lays up off the tee with an iron and this one is safe down the right side of the fairway. Flip wedge here from Tiger at just a shade over 110 yards and this one lands about 20 feet behind the hole and comes to rest, setting up another birdie putt. No chance with that putt. Tiger had the wrong line and wrong speed, but he two-putts for par. 1-under thru 3 (13-under for the tournament). Four-shot lead over McIlroy and Rose.

Hole 2 - Par 3

Safe shot here to the middle of the green on the par 3. From just south of 40 feet Tiger lags this one close and taps in for par. 1-under thru 2 (13-under for the tournament). Four-shot lead over McIlroy and Rose.

Hole 1 - Par 4

Here we go. In his Sunday red, Tiger goes with driver on No. 1 and this one is perfect down the fairway. His approach from there is just as nice, going right at the front-right pin that's guarded by a bunker. He'll have 10 feet for an opening birdie. He did it again! Another first-hole birdie has Tiger 1-under thru 1 (13-under for the tournament). Four-shot lead.
