Panthers, Robby Anderson agree to terms on extension - Panthers.com

CHARLOTTE — Robby Anderson came to Carolina and put up career-best numbers, and now he has a chance to build on them well into the future.

The Panthers agreed to terms on an two-year contract extension with the veteran wide receiver, which will keep him here through the 2023 season.

The 28-year-old Anderson had a career-high 95 catches for a career-high 1,096 yards last season. Originally an undrafted rookie from Temple (where he played for Panthers head coach Matt Rhule), Anderson spent his first four seasons with the Jets, and was entering the final year of his current contract.

Now, he has a chance to provide some stability on offense.
