2021 NFL Mock Draft: Lions replace Matthew Stafford, Broncos also grab QB, 49ers land best receiver in class - CBS Sports

In somewhat surprising news, Matthew Stafford and the Lions appear to be heading their separate ways after a dozen years together. Which means that -- for the first time in any of our 21 mock drafts -- we have Detroit penciled in for a quarterback.

In other QB news, the Broncos also draft a passer after two inconsistent seasons from Drew Lock, the Patriots find a QB sitting on the board in the middle of the first round and the 49ers get Jimmy Garoppolo one more weapon (and one less excuse to have a good season).
