What happened with Kliff Kingsbury at USC? —Molly M.

Here’s the deal: Kingsbury has a small buy-out in his contract as USC’s offensive coordinator. NFL teams that tried to talk to him were blocked by USC. They are trying to deny it now but they were absolutely blocked. The teams I know that reached out were not given permission to talk to him. USC is also now claiming that he hasn’t resigned, though he has interviews scheduled with the Jets and Cardinals.

I question USC’s decision to block him from interviewing. It makes no sense to do that if you’re a college team...
