Did not practice due to recent injuries:
Kittle's injury is not believed to be serious. Juszczyk is week-to-week while Nelson is expected to miss a month, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan.

SS Marcell Harris (ankle) is back at practice. Richard Sherman (foot stepped on) is, too. New WRs Kevin White and River Cracraft are wearing numbers 2 and 14, respectively

Shanahan explained that Fred Warner had a light practice as the 49ers look to protect the talented young linebacker from pushing himself too hard. "Dominant drive running the football to open practice from the offense, capped by a Raheem Mostert TD," wrote David Lombardi. (The Athletic)

The San Francisco 49ers on Sunday held their eighth practice of training camp. Below are some practice notes from various media sources. Players have Monday off. Three players left practice early due to injuries — wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, defensive end Dee Ford, and offensive lineman Ross Reynolds. Reynolds was playing at center at the time and ended up being carted off the field. The other two were able to remain on the sidelines and observe the remainder of the practice. The San Francisco 49ers on Sunday held their second practice of training camp. As will be the case for all practices, fans are not allowed to attend and the limited media in attendance must observe social distancing due to the coronavirus pandemic. That means keeping six feet away from players and staff and wearing face coverings at all times. No face-to-face interviews are allowed as player and staff availability is done over video conference. The 49ers have two more practices left before players are given a day off on Wednesday. Monday's session will be the first padded practice.
