Dwight Howard gets start for Los Angeles Lakers instead of JaVale McGee - ESPN

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Dwight Howard started at center for Game 4 of the Western Conference finals, the Los Angeles Lakers announced shortly before tipoff Thursday.

Howard replaced JaVale McGee in the first unit to begin the second half of Game 3.

L.A. leads the Denver Nuggets 2-1 in the best-of-seven series.
