10:07 a.m.: How Larry Nance turned his season around
Larry Nance Jr. had a very rough December for the Cavs, averaging just 4.5 points and 6.5 rebounds. But he has been much better of late, starting the last two games in place of Tristan Thompson, who has been out with a sore quad.
After Wednesday’s 109-103 loss to Oklahoma City, Nance spoke to cleveland.com’s Chris Fedor about how the week that he took off changed things for him.

After firing Steve Mills on Monday, the Knicks are still looking for a new team president. The perceived top target of the search is Raptors president Masai Ujiri.
But according to SNY’s Ian Begley, that’s not looking very likely.
9:23 a.m.: Reaction to the Heat’s moves
The Heat have been one of the most active teams thus far with only a few hours left until the deadline. ESPN’s Jay Williams discussed where the Heat stand in the East should they indeed land Danilo Galinari on Get Up on Thursday morning.

So far, there have only been a couple deals to take place before Thursday morning.
The first was a massive one as Atlanta, Denver, Houston and Minnesota collaborated on a four-team deal late Tuesday night. Here are the full details of who or what is going where according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski:
Hawks get: Clint Capela, Nene
Nuggets get: Shabazz Napier, Keita Bates-Diop, Gerald Green, Noah Vonleh, Houston’s 2020 first-round pick
Rockets get: Jordan Bell, Robert Covington, Golden State’s 2024 second-round pick
Timberwolves get: Malik Beasley, Juan Hernangomez, Evan Turner, Jarred Vanderbilt
The Hawks made an additional move later Wednesday night.
Also on Wednesday night, the Heat acquired Andre Iguodala from the Grizzlies for a package including Justise Winslow, per Wojnarowski. He also reported that the Heat are planning on giving Iguodala a two-year extension worth $30 million. Wojnarowski later added that the Heat are trying to make it a three-team deal, working to acquire Danilo Galinari from Oklahoma City.
Philadelphia made a move early Thursday morning, sending three second-round picks to Golden State in exchange for Glenn Robinson III and Alec Burks according to Wojnarowski.
